3 days of Strength/Cond+Basketball training. Collegiate/Pro techniques of balance, strength, core and consistent pace. Task: Lifting/speed and a basketball session. $200 (1 Hour 15 minutes each day)

Trainer will assess client skill set and combine test them in a variety areas. Trainer will discuss a training plan for client.
