All sessions must be paid prior to the start of the session. No rescheduling allowed due to limited availability with our trainers schedule. No make up sessions and no refunds on cancelled sessions.

One hour long one-on-one instruction with a trainer monthly packages provide a week worth of savings. All packages must be paid prior to the start of the session.
