Eric Wills

Coach Avery works hands on with his team in one-on-one training sessions for the players who need it. S3 offers training and conditioning during the school day and in the practice setting. Avery is instrumental in the planning and development for the expansion of the entire organization. Avery has past and present students that believe he teaches skills that will last a lifetime off the basketball court.

Coach Avery was born in Virginia and played basketball growing up. His objective is not only to teach the students in the program the fundamentals and valuable skills of basketball. He also prepares them with lessons in responsibility, accountability, and perseverance on and off the court. He continually challenges athletes to work hard and move to the next level of building and improving their skills. He is very passionate about teaching students that if you have “heart”, you can do anything you set your mind to.
