Please be on time or you will only get the time left in your session. If 30 minutes late, session will be cancelled with no refund. No refunds at anytime.

One hour long one-on-one instruction with a trainer monthly packages provide a week worth of savings. All packages must be paid prior to the start of the session. There are no make up sessions and no refunds at anytime. We don’t allow rescheduling of sessions due to limited availability of the Trainer’s schedule.

Strength/Cond+Basketball – $65 (1 hour and 15 min) – Collegiate/Pro techniques of balance, strength, core and consistent pace. Task: Lifting/speed/basketball session.
