3 days of Strength/Cond+Basketball training. Collegiate/Pro techniques of balance, strength, core and consistent pace. Task: Lifting/speed and a basketball session. $200 (1 Hour 15 minutes each day)
One hour long one-on-one instruction with a trainer monthly packages provide a week worth of savings. All packages must be paid prior to the start of the session. There are no make up sessions and no refunds at anytime. We don’t allow rescheduling of sessions due to limited availability of the Trainer’s schedule.
