We are excited that you are considering S3 Academy for your student’s academic and athletic journey. Our admissions process is designed to ensure that each student is a great fit for our school community and positioned for success.
Below is our step-by-step admissions process:
Complete our Online Inquiry/Interest Form to let us know you are interested in S3 Academy. A member of our admissions team will contact you to share next steps and answer questions.
Families are invited to tour our campus, meet our staff, and learn more about our academic and athletic programs.
Virtual tours are available for out-of-state and international families.
Complete the official student application form and submit the required documents:
Student’s birth certificate or passport
Most recent report card/transcript
Teacher or coach recommendation (optional but encouraged)
Immunization & health records
Students and parents meet with our admissions committee for a brief interview to discuss academic goals, athletic experience, and character values. This helps us learn more about the student and ensures we are the right fit.
Students may be asked to complete one or more of the following based on grade level:
Academic placement assessment
Writing sample
Athletic evaluation or workout (for student-athletes)
International students may also require an English proficiency review.
Once all required steps are completed, families will receive an admissions decision by email.
Accepted students will receive an Enrollment Packet that includes:
Enrollment contract & handbook
Tuition & fees agreement
Uniform & gear ordering information
To secure your child’s space, families must submit the signed contract and the required registration fee by the stated deadline.
New students and families attend New Student Orientation to prepare for a successful start at S3 Academy.
